It's day 2 of our Athgarvan to the Whitehouse challenge.
Get yourself & the family out there for that walk/run/or cycle as often as you can. Track your activity on an App. Some people might do all walks; runs; cycles; or mix it up between the 3; short or long distances etc. Whatever works for you, do that. Look to challenge yourself a little relative to what level you're comfortable at. You'll feel the better for it !
