In advance of this, we have some very important information for parents/guardians.
Prior to return to play, all players, team personnel and parents/ guardians of underage players must complete this compulsory 20 minute Covid-19 Club Education eLearning Module available at this link
Coaches will be using ClubZap for all Club Communications -
- Please ensure you have updated the app as there have been some changes recently.
- Please confirm your child's attendance and complete the Covid Health Questionnaire prior to your child arriving at the Club
- The Covid Supervisor will be checking the App to make sure all children present are marked as attending and their parent/guardian has completed the Covid health questionnaire. This gives us a contact tracing list should we need it. We really need you to ensure that you complete these two steps prior to arrival for training as we cannot allow any children on the pitch without a completed Covid Health Questionnaire and a confirmation of attendance
Covid Supervisors will sanitise players hands before & after training
